Another new year, and another trip to SHOT show by Old Glory Guns and Ammo!
If you aren’t familiar with SHOT Show, it’s name is an acronym for “Shooting, Hunting, and Outdoor Trade”. It is the biggest firearms trade show in the world and is sponsored by the National Shooting Sports Foundation. Anyone in the industry who has products to market has a booth there! In addition, there are also numerous seminars and training. Over 60,000 people attend SHOT show each year. Las Vegas has been the host city for the last few years.
As you know at Old Glory we are avid shooting enthusiasts ourselves, and that means we can’t pass up the opportunity to attend seminars, meet new vendors, and find the latest and greatest products that would be a good fit for the shop. Every trip down we find new products that “we don’t know how we lived without!” and we savor the opportunity to make those products available to our customers all the way back in Mason, NH. Next time you are in the store, be sure to ask us “what’s new?”
While it is a whole lot of fun, it’s also a busy week. This year Dana and Justin were onsite from open to close for the whole week. Even with that, they weren’t able to see everything we wanted to see in the 630,000 square foot exhibition space. To remember the busy week, here’s a memento from the show.
